This is another great & quick breakfast that you can prepare overnight, store in a jam jar and take with you at the office in the morning. Ingredients (1 person): – 1/2 cup of oats – 1 over ripe banana – 1 cup almond milk – 1 tablespoons of honey – 1 tablespoon of chia seeds – 1/4 of a cup of blueberries -–1/4 of a cup of rapsberries – a handful of pumpkin seeds and godji berries for garnish Start by slicing up the banana, then place the slices in a mixing bowl with the almond milk and raspberries and mash them all together with a fork. Then add in the oats, seeds, chia seeds, pumpkin seeds and honey and stir together. Place the bowl in the fridge and allow it to thicken overnight.
