This week we have another delicious smoothie on a bowl. This one is heavenly for chocolate friends: smoothie with chocolate and peanut butter. It’s so rich and enjoyable that you don’t even need to add a sweetener. It’s just necessary to freeze bananas from the previous night to make the texture thicker so that it feels like a milkshake.
Ingredients (for 1 person)
– 2 bananas cut into rings that you have frozen overnight
– 1 glass of herbal milk
– 2 spoons of raw cocoa
– 1 spoon of peanut butter
– 1 tsp of maca (optional)
A few pieces of raw chocolate and 1 banana for garnish.
Put all the ingredients in the blender and blend until they melt and get a milk shake texture. Serve on a plate and with sliced banana and pieces of raw cocoa.
