This jam is an awesome way to get more gojis in your life: made with fruit berries which are also packed in anti-oxidants you can start better you day. I love to spread this jam on the banana and carob bread
Ingredients:
-150 grs strawberries
-100 gr of other berries (blueberries or raspberries)
-2tbs of honey
-30gr goji berries soaked in water for 2-4hrs
-2tbs chia seeds
Mix in a food processor the strawberries, berries, and honey. Add the soaked goji berries and chia seeds then pulse of a couple of times until the berries are broken down but are still chunky. Transfer to a lidded jar and store in the fridge for a week.
