You must have realised I have a love for banana ice cream in the summer! And this is justified as it’s delicious, very healthy, easy and the variations are infinite, so you are never bored! Yesterday I made nicecream with matcha! Flavour, health benefits and infinite anti-oxidants of matcha in this delicious recipe.
Ingredients
3 frozen bananas
½ tsp of vanilla extract
1 spoon of maple syrup
½ tsp of Matcha
PREPARATION
Let bananas defreeze and add all the ingredients in a high-speed blender and blend.
If you want, you can add the ice cream back in a tray and freeze for another hour so it becomes more like ice cream.
Otherwise, you can consume it directly!
If you want other variations for banana ice cream, you can try this with carob, almond, cocoa, cranberry and coconut.
