I was not a big fun of passion fruit until I started reading about its nutritional properties. These tiny but hugely tasteful seeds are full of antioxidants (which delay aging), fiber (help reduce cholesterol) , vitamin A (good for eyesight, skin and lung/oral cavity cancers protection) and C (good for the immune system). So if you happen to stumble upon these magic balls buy some! Ingredients for 1 pot – 3 tbs coconut yoghurt (plain yoghurt would do too) – 2 tbs chia seeds -3tbs oats – 4tbs almond milk – 1 banana -1 or 2 passion fruits – raw cacao nibs Mix the first 4 ingredients in a jam jar and leave overnight. Top with the banana, passion fruit and cacao nibs.
