This salad is unbelievably easy, quick and tasty: the contrast between the sweet mango& pomegranate and the savoury tamari sauce and quinoa is simply incredible! Ingredients: – 1/2 cup quinoa -1/2 cup lentils – 1 mango -1 avocado – some pomegranate seeds – black sesame -1 lime – 2 tbs of tamari or soya sauce Boil the quinoa and lentils in separate pots, by adding 1.5 cup of water. Cut the avocado and mango in square pieces. When the grains are done mix altogether in a salad bowl and add the pomegranate, sesame seeds, lime, tamari and salt.
